Declaration of conformity

The undersigned, Automatizari B V A SRL with headquarters in Str. Long, No. 160, Codlea-Brasov, registered in the Trade Register with order number J8/970/2018 CUI. 39254225, we insure, guarantee and declare on our own responsibility, according to the provisions of the Romanian laws in force,

Law no. 449/2003 of 12/11/2003 Version updated on 27/12/2008 and of Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament which refers to:

- regulates aspects regarding the sale of products, including those made to order, and the guarantees associated with them, in order to ensure consumer protection.

- consumer's protection,

- the obligations of economic agents - natural or legal persons - in the marketing of durable products, intended for consumers, that the devices produced and marketed by us meet the technical and quality parameters specified in the technical documentation (TECHNICAL SHEET).

We certify the conformity of the products with the corresponding standards, provided that the rules for commissioning, installation, use, maintenance, repairs, storage, conservation and transport are respected.

In accordance with the legal provisions, art. 5 of Law no. 449/2003 of 12/11/2003 Version updated on 27/12/2008, it is certified that the delivered products comply with the technical sheet.

We assure, guarantee and declare on our own responsibility, according to the provisions of art. 5 of Government Decision no. 1.022/2002 regarding the regime of products and services that may endanger life, health, work safety and environmental protection, that the product/service to which this statement refers does not endanger life, health, work safety, does not produce a negative impact on ENVIRONMENT

GUARANTEE

Conditions for granting the guarantee:

With this act, we guarantee the quality of the products for 24 months for natural persons and 12 months for legal persons from the date of delivery, provided that the rules for putting into operation, installation, use, conservation are respected.

Attention!! When requesting the granting of the guarantee, it is mandatory to present the product accompanied by all related documentation, the invoice and the guarantee certificate at the headquarters of Automatizari B V A srl..

. 1. The warranty period begins at the time of purchase, and is extended by the period the product has been in service.

. 2. Products under warranty, when they cannot be repaired, or when the non-functioning period is greater than 10% of the warranty period, at the request of the buyer, they will be replaced or the value of the respective product will be returned.

. 3. For B V A brand products, the average duration of operation is 5 years, during which electronic spare parts can be provided for a fee and/or post-warranty repairs.

. 4. Defects occurring during the warranty period, as a result of manufacturing defects, are repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

. 5. Products that have specified in the instructions for use that they are assembled in an authorized service or by an authorized person, benefit from the guarantee only if proof of the fulfillment of this requirement is presented.

. 6. The guarantees are settled at the headquarters of our company Automatizari B V A srl.

. 7. In certain cases, the journey to ascertain the defects can be done for a fee at the location where the products are installed. The costs of traveling to and from the location where the products are installed are not covered by the warranty, as this is a service.

The right to warranty is lost for the following reasons:

1. The warranty is lost in the case of defects resulting from non-compliance with the rules for commissioning, use, maintenance, exploitation, given in the technical documentation. .

2. The warranty is excluded for additions, modifications executed without the manufacturer's consent.

3. Failure to present the original product purchase invoice accompanied by the warranty certificate at the time of the repair request. .

4. Installation and commissioning done with unqualified personnel and non-observance of the commissioning instructions given in the technical sheet.

5. Incomplete delivery of the product at the time of the repair request within the warranty period. .

6. The product has mechanical damage (shocks, blows, cracks, holes, melting, solders... etc.).

7. The product has defects due to operation in improper environments (dust, high temperatures, excessive humidity, corrosive environments, improper connection boxes, etc.).

8. The product has defects due to voltage fluctuations on the network.

9. The product shows malfunctions due to handling, installation or use not in accordance with the instructions for use.

10. The guarantee is lost in case of defects due to transport, from the manufacturer to the beneficiary when it falls under the responsibility of the beneficiary.
